Kendall Kuntz focuses her practice on corporate and finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other corporate transactional matters. She began her Hogan Lovells career as a summer associate in 2020.
While in law school, Kendall was a Notes & Comments Editor for the Journal of Business & Technology Law and a student attorney with Maryland Law’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. She earned her B.A. in Economics from Columbia University in the City of New York. Prior to law school, Kendall worked in strategic consulting for a Fortune 500 company.
