Allison advises domestic and international public and private companies, private equity firms, and funds on a broad range of sophisticated corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraises, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosures, and corporate governance.
Her industry experience spans automotive, life sciences and healthcare, and energy and natural resources, including renewable energy, battery technology, and mining.
Allison adds value to her client relationships by providing routine trainings and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentations on a variety of corporate and finance topics.
Passionate about community, her responsible business and pro bono efforts include environmental, social, and governance (ESG)-focused advising, counsel for non-profits and first-time entrepreneurs, and representation of K-12 students with special learning and educational needs in administrative hearings.
While earning her J.D. from Harvard Law School, her extracurricular activities included serving as a legal intern at the Colorado Office of the Attorney General, President of the Harvard Environmental Law Society, and Editor of the Environmental Law Review. During Allison’s undergraduate study at Yale, she completed an intern program at the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence and the University of Cambridge, Pembroke King’s summer programme.

Advised a global private equity firm in a US$5.8 billion acquisition of an international lottery business.
Advised a national wireless carrier in a US$1.35 billion acquisition of a budget service provider.
Advised a consortium of seven major U.S. banks in their investment in a digital wallet platform.
Advised a U.S.-based public aerospace company in an in an SEC-registered debt offering in an offering of US$350 million of 4.125% senior notes due 2032.
Advised a global private equity firm in a US$250 million dollar investment in a biodiesel producer.
