Kilian Pfahl is an associate in the Corporate M&A practice in Munich. He joined Hogan Lovells in 2016 and started working as an associate in 2020. He advises national and international clients on a wide range of corporate law matters and M&A transactions such as private placements, competitive auction processes, intragroup reorganizations with a special focus on venture capital financing rounds, advising both Emerging Companies and Investors. Further he has experience in post-M&A integration measures and is familiar with all types of corporate (governance) reorganisations. 

Kilian studied law at the University of Augsburg and obtained his Ph.D with a thesis on liablity risks in the course of capital markets and M&A transactions at the University of Cologne. During his legal training Kilian also worked for an international law firm in London.
