Katrin Maily advises our clients on all questions of individual and collective employment law issues. She advises and assists national and international companies with regard to project planning and negotiations with the works council on volunteer program, reconciliation of interests and a social plan.
In addition, Katrin is the contact person for matters relating to works constitution law and everyday labor law, such as the continued validity of collective regulations after the transfer of business, the secondment of employees abroad and false self-employment. She is particularly interested in the topic of New Work and has extensive experience in this area.
Katrin studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, she worked during her legal clerkship for corporate law firms in Munich and Zurich and besides the dissertation on an employment law topic which was awarded with a dissertation prize as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law and Labor Law (Prof. Dr. Volker Rieble, Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, ZAAR).
