As Head of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in the Madrid office, José M employs an entrepreneurial approach that matches his clients’ to achieve results while building consensus. José M, who was in charge of creating the Madrid office from scratch, believes the best approach is to put himself in his clients’ shoes, keeping in mind the big picture at every stage of the transaction.

Working in English, Spanish, and French, José M focuses his practice on international M&A, encompassing structuring, risk assessment, negotiation, and post-closing. José M has applied his skills in the energy, manufacturing, financial, infrastructure, and consumer markets.
