Sean's practice spans structured finance (securitisation), debt capital markets (including covered bonds), trade and receivables finance, project and acquisition finance and fintech.

Assisting Belgian credit institutions, arrangers and dealers on covered bond programmes and issuances.
Assisting Euroclear Bank and Euroclear Investments in relation to various issuances of financial instruments.
Assisting various bank lenders, asset-based facility lenders, private equity funds or debt funds, as well as companies (borrower's counsel), in relation to acquisition financing structures.
Assisting ING Belgium on multiple occasions in relation to multi-jurisdictional trade receivables purchase programmes.
Assisting Patronale Life (insurance group) on several occasions with the refinancing of and investment in municipal sports infrastructure via a “DBFMO” formula.
