Alice Houdart advises on all aspects of real estate law. She has a solid experience in commercial leases and real estate transactions. She provides assistance to her clients in particular within the framework of the drafting and negotiation of all types of lease agreements, of sale & lease back agreements. She also advises on real estate asset management matters. Her expertise includes real estate litigation and in particular commercial lease litigation.
Before joining Hogan Lovells in April 2017, Alice was an associate at Bersay & Associés law firm from 2014 to 2017. Alice also practiced in DS Avocats law firm's real estate team, as well as in other law firms in Chicago (Lynne R. Ostfled PC) and London (Thomas Eggar LLP) as a trainee.

Advising Mata Capital on the acquisition of a real estate complex in Massy and the asset management/leasing of the property.
Advising several U.S. technology companies as tenants on the negotiation of forward leases for premises of approx. 5,000 sqm in Paris, including their fitting out works.
Advising a global digital agriculture company on the construction aspects of a forward lease including their fitting out works in the premises located in Toulouse.
Advising a French marketing and communications company on summary proceedings relating to the heavy refurbishment of their headquarters.
Advising a French real estate company on demolition and construction works to create a school, a place of worship and social housing.
Advising Groupama Gan Reim on the acquisition of an office property located in Toulouse (VEFA – sale on plan agreement) and let to Crédit Agricole Immobilier.
Advising AEW Europe on the acquisition of a retail property located in Lille.
Advising a French Hospitality Fund on the acquisition of the heavy refurbishment of a 4* hotel located in Paris and letting to a major Spanish hotel operator.
