As a senior associate focused on technology and intellectual property (IP) transactions, Conner Griffith represents clients in complex commercial and IP-related transactions, including the joint-development, licensing, acquisition, sale, use, and protection of technology and IP.
He has worked on transactions across a wide range of technology, science, and brand-focused industries, and represented companies from startups to large multinational corporations.
Prior to joining the firm, Conner worked in the San Francisco office of another global law firm, advising on corporate matters and complex commercial transactions. Conner's experience allows him to effectively protect vital brands, ideas and innovations throughout the lifecycle of a company.
Advised Intel Corporation on the IP aspects of multiple transactions, including its US $900m acquisition of Moovit.
Counselled Synopsys on the IP aspects of multiple transactions, including its acquisitions of eSilicon, Moortec Semiconductor, WhiteHat Security, and BISTel.
Assisted Zendesk on the IP aspects of its acquisition of Momentive.
Helped Atlassian on the IP aspects of multiple acquisitions, including its acquisition of Mindville.
Advised Marvell Technology Group on the IP aspects of its US$10bn acquisition of Inphi.
Assisted Autodesk on its US$1bn acquisition of Innovyze.
