As a law clerk focused on technology and intellectual property (IP) transactions, Conner Griffith represents clients in complex commercial and IP-related transactions, including the joint-development, licensing, acquisition, sale, use, and protection of technology and IP.

He has worked on transactions across a wide range of technology, science, and brand-focused industries, and represented companies from startups to large multinational corporations.

Prior to joining the firm, Conner worked in the San Francisco office of another global law firm, advising on corporate matters and complex commercial transactions. Conner's experience allows him to effectively protect vital brands, ideas and innovations throughout the lifecycle of a company.
