Danielle Flanagan forms part of the International Disputes and Litigation group, focusing her practice on global anti-corruption investigations and litigation. Danielle began her career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2020 and remains deeply committed to pro bono and client-centered advocacy. 

Prior to joining the firm, Danielle clerked at the International Court of Justice, the principal judicial organ of the United Nations. While at the Court, she assisted in the resolution of inter-State disputes dealing with an array of public international law issues, including those related to genocide, climate change, human rights, State responsibility, international investment, and maritime delimitation. While in law school, Danielle was recognized as a Global Law Scholar and served as the Articles Editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
