Since 1997 he has been advising banks, financial institutions and corporates on a large number of capital markets, securitisation, structured finance, banking, and repackaging transactions.
Federico joined Hogan Lovells in July 2009, after working for 8 years in the capital markets department of Clifford Chance and for 5 years in the capital markets department of Simmons & Simmons.
