Yetunde Fadahunsi draws on her scientific and research experience to assist our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in developing and bringing their innovative products to the market within the complex FDA regulatory framework.
Prior to beginning her legal career, Yetunde worked as a bench scientist, developing and validating assays to support phase three clinical trial studies for vaccines. Since beginning her legal practice, Yetunde has worked on a variety of regulatory and transactional issues relating to product development, marketing approval, product life cycle management, due diligence for drug companies, mergers and acquisitions, and advertisement and promotional matters.
In law school, Yetunde served as the Senior Articles Editor of the University of Maryland's Journal of Health Care Law & Policy. Yetunde also has a master's degree in biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania.
