As a counsel in our London Tax Group, Tom provides practical commercial tax advice and solutions on a broad range of corporate and business tax matters. He concentrates on corporate acquisitions involving private equity and management sellers as well as international mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on funds and real estate tax and finance transactions, and brings experience from all industry sectors with a particular focus on infrastructure and media sectors.
