Hogan Lovells’ Finance Team would like to invite you to our next session of our HL Digital Finance Dialogues - a panel discussion among top experts of the crypto industry on the topic of: 

Security tokens - a market perspective.

on Wednesday, 9 November 2022, at 6.30 pm. 

René Andres (European Investment Fund), Benjamin Duve (Bank of New York Mellon), Barbara Schlyter (DWS) and Patrick Schwarz (Mercedes-Benz Group) will provide different perspectives on the practical and legal challenges of turning assets into tokens. How to unlock the potential of blockchain technology for the full value chain of securities and securities placements? How to deal with the widely differing approaches taken by national authorities for financial oversight and the respective implications for regulated investors? These and other security tokens related questions will be at the center of their panel discussion. Leopold von Gerlach and Julian Fischer will moderate the panel discussion.

As the other sessions of our HL Digital Finance Dialogues, this panel discussion will take place in our panoramic Frankfurt office (and alternatively online – but we hope to welcome as many of you as possible on site). The language of the discussion will be German.
