Alex is a pragmatic litigator who strives to provide innovative and client-focused solutions to companies facing high-stakes and complex litigation risks.

He focuses his practice on assisting clients in navigating the complexities of litigation involving data privacy, cybersecurity, consumer protection, and qui tam actions. He has experience in all stages of litigation from pre-complaint disputes to e-discovery, class certifications, and trial.

Alex is a proud member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. In law school, he was selected as the Katheryn M. Buder Center for American Indian Studies Fellow and served as President of the Native American Law Student Association.

On the pro bono side, Alex has worked closely with advocacy organizations as well as government agencies on firearm safety regulations and anti-discrimination protections. Alex worked as part of a team of Hogan Lovells attorneys with CeasefirePA on behalf of the petitioners in Crawford v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a Pennsylvania Supreme Court case addressing the authority of local governments in Pennsylvania to regulate firearms. Alex has also represented individuals in claims of religious discrimination in state administrative proceedings and in federal court.
