Highly regarded by clients for his astute commercial awareness and international outlook, Emilio Gómez Delgado heads the Madrid Real Estate practice. He focuses on complex real estate developments and transactions, particularly in shopping and leisure centres as well as office buildings, hotels and industrial premises.

Emilio is widely recognised for his understanding of the Spanish REITs (SOCIMIs) Industry business and provides high quality advice combined with a deep knowledge of the real estate market. He is also a lecturer of real estate at the Masters of Law and member of the advisory board of the Law Faculty of the Universidad de Navarra.
