He focuses on complex real estate developments and transactions, particularly in shopping and leisure centers as well as office buildings, hotels and industrial premises. Emilio has been highly ranked in Spain by Chambers Europe in the area of Real Estate for 7 consecutive years.

Emilio is widely recognized for his understanding of the Spanish REITs (SOCIMIs) industry business and provides high quality advice combined with a deep knowledge of the real estate market. He is also a lecturer of real estate at the Masters of Law and member of the advisory board of the Law Faculty of the Universidad de Navarra.
