Naadia M. Chowdhury

Naadia Chowdhury is a senior associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, where she primarily assists financial institutions and private equity funds in a broad range of transactions, as well as real estate owners and developers involved in nationwide acquisition, sales and borrower-side financing. Naadia also assists clients in a wide variety of real estate matters, including commercial and industrial lease agreements, complex corporate asset purchases, acquisitions, dispositions, sales agreements, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions.
