At the core of her practice are antitrust & competition litigation matters - following cartels or an abuse of dominance - as well as supply chain disputes.  As partner in our German litigation practice she is continuously instructed by her clients in their most complex and high value cases. 

Carolin represents and advocates for her clients in court, in negotiations and in mediation. She will often coordinate large-scale international disputes around the globe. Carolin has years of in-depth experience advising clients in the automotive industry.

With several years of experience advising some of the world's largest corporations, Carolin skillfully navigates complex internal and external factors that come with a dispute. Carolin is based in Munich and Berlin. Handling cartel damages cases Carolin has also spent considerable time in our London Competition Litigation Team. Carolin has a strong academic background in international private and civil procedure law as well as alternative dispute resolution being a trained commercial mediator (MuCDR).

Carolin regularly publishes on competition litigation and cartel damages topics.

Carolin also brings her dedication to our Pro Bono, Community Investment and Diversity initiatives: she is a mentor in our HL BaSE program where we offer pro bono support to social enterprises. She also acts as mentor in our flagship "Debate It!" program that teaches young people public speaking skills. Carolin is involved in organizing diversity events in our Munich office such as the successful "Women of Achievement" series.
