Sanchita Bose leverages her background in life sciences, health policy, and the law to provide a valuable perspective to clients globally on navigating novel and complex regulatory matters in the Medical Devices industry.

Sanchita assists clients bring innovative medical devices to market, including tackling any challenges presented at various stages in a product’s life cycle. She helps prepare regulatory submissions for 510(k) premarket notifications, de novo classifications, premarket approval applications (PMA), and has experience with post-market compliance and enforcement matters. Sanchita’s previous work on FDA-approved immunotherapy drugs provides the necessary foundation for assisting clients navigate combination products. 

During  law school, Sanchita was a legal extern at the Department of Labor in its Occupational and Safety Health Division, a legal intern at PhRMA, and a Kahan Health & FDA Law Fellow. Sanchita mentored law students interested in health and FDA law, and she helped spearhead the law school’s health law initiative. As a Student Attorney at the Rising for Justice Housing Advocacy and Litigation Clinic, Sanchita zealously and successfully advocated on behalf of clients before D.C. Superior Court’s Landlord and Tenant Branch.                             

Sanchita is passionate about pro bono work and co-founded a charitable non-profit with the mission of providing aid to those in need. The non-profit has raised monetary aid and distributed supplies for Beirut’s port explosion, provided relief during Texas’s water freeze crisis, and curated backpack kits with essentials for homeless shelters.
