Alberto is an associate in Hogan Lovells’ Corporate/M&A team in Madrid. On his day-to-day work he advises multinational corporations, industrial clients and investment funds on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and corporate governance.
Alberto has dual Italian and Spanish nationality and has developed his entire career at Hogan Lovells. He has been involved in numerous M&A transactions in sectors as varied as renewable energies, insurance, health sciences and digital, both in the due diligence phase and in the preparation of contractual documents (sale and purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, service provision agreements or lease and loan agreements).
Alberto also provides day-to-day advice to all types of companies (including listed companies) on corporate matters.
Alberto is a graduate of the Dual Degree in Law and Business Administration from IE University as well as of the Bilingual Dual Master in Law and Legal Counselling (LL.M.) from IE Law School.

Advising successful Portuguese start-up Kitch Technologies on its sale to Glovo.
Advising LoxamHune (European leader of machinery rental) on its acquisition of a relevant Spanish machinery rental company.
Advising Alltech (worldwide leading agri-food manufacturer) on its acquisition of IDEAGRO.
Advising the US investment fund Stone Calibre in several acquisitions of Spanish laboratory equipment distributors.
