Ignacio E. Beheran specializes in banking, corporate, and finance law, bringing a wealth of international experience to his practice. His work at Hogan Lovells covers a broad range of domestic and international capital markets transactions, including cross-border debt offerings, structured finance transactions, derivatives transactions, as well as other corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ignacio worked as an Attorney in the Department of Legal Affairs and Control at the Central Bank of Argentina for more than a decade, where he gained experience dealing with complex financial transactions, including debt refinancing, bankruptcies, and restructurings.
Ignacio holds a LL.M. degree from Fordham University School of Law, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. Complementing his legal education, he also earned an M.S. in Finance and has garnered numerous certifications in areas crucial to his practice, including financial accounting, risk management, compliance, and fraud.
