Our IP and technology transactions team advises clients worldwide on structuring, negotiating, and executing complex intellectual property arrangements that drive innovation and commercial success. From day-to-day licensing and commercial agreements to transformative deals that reshape businesses, we deliver what clients value most: the ability to seize opportunity, manage risk, and realise the full commercial potential of their IP assets.

Our team brings extensive experience in standalone IP transactions, intra-company and cross-license agreements, transitional service arrangements, and other commercial agreements.

What sets us apart is our ability to integrate seamlessly with other practice areas across our global platform. We collaborate closely with colleagues in M&A, tax, and regulatory practices. This multidisciplinary approach ensures that every IP transaction is aligned with broader regulatory, commercial, and strategic considerations.
