Anja Brunthaler advises on all questions of German and international tax law. She focuses on the tax aspects of real estate transactions. Anja provides due diligence services in both share and asset deals and is your adviser in purchase agreement negotiations.
Anja has experience with the tax aspects of various types of real estate in case of an existing property as well as project development. In the course of the acquisition, she also has a close look from the investment tax point of view.
Anja studied law at the University of Leipzig and completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm. She was admitted to the bar in 2018 and joined the Corporate Tax practice group in Dusseldorf.
