Dr. Andreas Eggert
Andreas has experience in advising and representing international clients in all areas of company taxation with a particular focus on the tax structuring of transactions, representation in tax proceedings and advice on tax compliance issues. After his law studies in Augsburg and his clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Munich, Andreas worked as a research associate at the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance in Munich.
He was awarded the Mitchell B. Carroll Prize 2014 by the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Faculty Prize 2014 by the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich for his dissertation on the proposed Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base Directive (CCCTB).
