Alexandra Willm advises national and international clients on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, corporate restructuring and general corporate law.
Complex corporate transactions by investors are her main focus. Alexandra supports clients throughout the entire portfolio lifecycle up to an exit, including company formations, shareholder agreements, management participation programs, add-on acquisitions and W&I insurances. She is particularly specialized in the areas of real estate/hospitality, life science, consumer goods, services and industrial companies.
Alexandra studied law at the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and at the University Milan. She completed her legal clerkship in Frankfurt am Main and the London office of Hogan Lovells. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Alexandra worked for another leading international law firm in Frankfurt am Main as an associate.

Advising HR Group on their sale of a hotel portfolio to Pandox AB, the acquisition of various Mövenpick Hotels, the Success Hotel Group and the acquisition of the Vienna House Group
Chequers Capital on the acquisition of Corning Services GmbH and shares in SHD System-Haus-Dresden GmbH
M+W Group on the sale of a significant minority stake in the high-tech plant manufacturer Exyte to funds managed by BDT Capital Partners
Advising GENUI on the divestiture of the All4Labels group to Triton
Versicherungskammer Group on the acquisition of Ferngas Group
iCON Infrastructure Partners V (iCON) on the acquisition of a controlling interest in three German fiber-related businesses, ropa GmbH & Co. KG, NGN Telecom GmbH and Wisotel GmbH (“SFN Group”)
UBS Asset Management Real Estate & Private Markets and Northern Fiber Holding GmbH on the acquisition of German fibre network operator sewikom GmbH
