As a senior associate in our Corporate Group, Aldo Boni de Nobili focuses his practice on transactional corporate matters. He advises a range of clients, including foreign multinational corporations and Chinese investors, primarily on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, outbound investments and foreign direct investment into China in the automotive, TMT, retail, food and beverage, education, and banking industries, among others. His practice also covers infrastructure and energy projects.

Aldo joined Hogan Lovells' Milan team in 2012, where he was an associate in the Finance group, and has been working in our Beijing office since 2013. Aldo speaks Italian, English and Chinese Mandarin.
