As a senior associate in our Corporate Group, Aldo Boni de Nobili focuses his practice on transactional corporate matters. He advises a range of clients, including multinational corporations, primarily on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, outbound investments and foreign direct investment into China in the retail, food and beverage, education, e-commerce, and banking industries, among others. His practice also covers infrastructure and energy projects.
Aldo joined Hogan Lovells' Milan team in 2012, where he was an associate in the Finance group, and has been working in our Beijing office since 2013. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Aldo worked in the banking and finance department of a renowned Italian law firm and in the Beijing office of a major Chinese law firm. Aldo speaks Italian, English and Chinese Mandarin.
