Aaron Stumpf advises clients in all areas of IP law. The focus of his work is on patent infringement and validity proceedings.
Prior to joining us, Aaron studied in Heidelberg as a scholarship holder of the German National Academic Foundation and was on academic stays abroad in Bologna (Italy) and Cambridge (UK). Parallel to his law studies, he studied musicology and philosophy. After studying in Heidelberg, Aaron worked at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich, where he earned his doctorate on an intellectual property law topic. Subsequently, he completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe with stations in the IP/IT teams of two internationally renowned law firms.
