Susanne Küppers

Susanne has over a decade experience in the coordination and worldwide defense of complex product liability cases across various jurisdictions. She has extensive knowledge in working on the development of multinational litigation and defense strategies and is responsible for the management of complex cases. Susanne leads teams and supervises the implementation of necessary processes.

Susanne also focuses on financial oversight, budgeting and cost planning. She supports her clients in setting up communication channels and databases to ensure a smooth handling of complex multinational cases. In order to best counsel the clients, Susanne works hand-in-hand not only with her point of contact within the companies' legal department, but also with her clients' science and medical teams, as well as additional external experts (e.g. scientists) and counsel (e.g. criminal counsel, local counsel in other jurisdictions).
