Esther Wong is a member of the Corporate department, advising in corporate finance and corporate law, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on private equity matters. She also advises generally on corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Esther was a Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel at the Attorney-General's Chambers of Singapore where she focused on financial crime and white-collar offences. She was previously also a Justices' Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore, where she clerked for the Chief Justice of Singapore and several Judges of the Supreme Court.
