Representative experience
Advising Pantheon Infrastructure PLC on its £400m IPO and admission to the Main Market in November 2021.
Acting for M&G Real Estate in relation to a number of indirect real estate acquisitions, including the establishment and reorganisation of related joint ventures, management and holding structures.
Advising a number of institutional investors on their investments in real estate, private equity, venture capital, UCITS and hedge funds.
