Gautier Valdiguié is a senior associate in our Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Paris. He focuses his practice on corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He primarily represents funds throughout the investment cycle particularly in the tech, life science and finance industries. Gautier represents international funds and companies on cross-border investments, in public M&A and capital markets.
Prior to joining us, Gautier worked in the corporate department of international law firms in the Paris office.

Advising Medicrea, pioneer in the transformation of spinal surgery through artificial intelligence, predictive modeling and patient specific implants, in the tender offer by Medtronic.*
Advised a French world leader of the luxury sector in connection with its acquisition of a luxury hotels group (valued at 3 billion dollars).*
o Advised Ÿnsect, a French company specializing in the breeding of insects and their transformation into animal food, in its 372 million dollars fundraisings.*
Advised Bain Capital Ventures, Elaia Partners, Felix Capital and 83North as part of a 300 million investment in Mirakl, largest fundraising ever carried out by a French startup.*
Advised Archer Daniels Midland in connection with the acquisition of Neovia, a global provider of value-added animal nutrition solutions (valued at 1.5 billion dollars).*
Advised Accel, one of the leading American venture capital firms, on various investments in France notably Payfit and Lydia.*
Advised Ledger, , as part of the Series B investment realized by several French and international investors led by Draper's funds and Samsung, for a total amount of EUR 60 million.*
