Laura is an associate in the Intellectual department of the Milan office. She has a true passion for digital and technology issues and really enjoys being involved in both IP contentious and non-contentious matters, especially related to trademarks, copyright, software, internet service providers liabilities and pharma.
Laura joined Hogan Lovells in January 2020, after graduating cum laude from the University of Trento, with a thesis in Artificial Intelligence and IP. She has developed experience in different IP activities, also related to digital and technology issues for leading companies in the sector. Laura has also been involved in litigation and advisory works regarding online platforms in relation to the liability regime against intellectual property infringements, including copyright and trademark violations
