Tom Connally is a leading trial lawyer representing businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation, and has extensive experience in handling cases in regulated industries.

Tom has tried and won all manner of substantial cases involving breach of contract, fraud, and other business torts. He handles disputes for companies in the technology, government contracts, communications, media, energy, aerospace, automotive, aviation, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and real estate industries, as well as important matters for associations, colleges, and universities.

His work includes high-profile licensing disputes for technology companies and cases for government contractors involving subcontracts, joint ventures, and teaming agreements. Tom defends public companies in shareholder, antitrust, and securities litigation and represents public and private entities and individuals in corporate, LLC, and partnership control disputes. In real estate litigation, Tom has represented real estate limited partnerships, investment trusts, and developers in contract and partnerships disputes. His media cases have involved network affiliation agreements, station purchase agreements, programming rights agreements, as well as international satellite capacity and equipment agreements.

In addition to trial work in federal and state courts, Tom handles appeals, administrative proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations. He is the Northern Virginia Office Practice Manager for the firm's Litigation, Arbitration, and Employment Group, and Co-Chair of the firm's Legal Ethics Committee. Tom also serves on the Board of Governors of the Virginia Bar Association, and as President and a board member of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
