Tobias Darm-Tobaben, B.Sc.

His practice especially includes all aspects and implications regarding the conclusion and termination of employment relationships, the settlement of disputes, collective agreements and co-determination, restructuring, and employee data protection. 

Tobias studied business administration at the University of Hamburg, Germany, and law at the University of Hamburg, Germany, and the University of Maribor, Slovenia. During his legal traineeship, he worked, inter alia, for our Employment group in our offices in Hamburg and London, and for the German Consulate General in Houston, TX.
