Andrea Tinoco

Andrea advises insurance companies on corporate and regulatory matters. She supports insurance companies on filings and mandatory requirements before the National Insurance and Bonding Commission, on securing registries and authorizations for insurance companies and foreign reinsurers, also supporting such companies on corporate matters.

She has experience in the preparation and analysis of civil and commercial contracts. She has participated in the preparation of audits on insurance, corporate and real estate matters.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Andrea worked at the Notary Public number 56 in Mexico City and at KPMG, an international company, places where she gained experience in corporate matters
