Timm Brünjes advises and represents national and international clients in complex commercial disputes. He has particular experience advising clients in the automotive, pharma and tech industry. For automotive and pharma clients he focuses on supply chain disputes, while clients from the tech industry benefit from his experience in cybersecurity. Timm is known for his sharp mind and strong demeanor in the courtroom.

Timm studied law at the University of Passau. During his studied he successfully completed the additional training “Certificate of Studies in European, Comparative and International Law” (CECIL).

As part of his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle Timm gained experience in an international law firm in the area of litigation as well as in the legal department of a leading global automotive group.

Since his school days, Timm has been involved as a member of the European Youth Parliament where he participated in more than 20 events across Europe in various roles.

Representative experience

Defending a leading technology company against claims for damages in connection with a cyber attack and the loss of customer data based on the GDPR and other grounds. 

Advising an international automotive-OEM in a multitude of court cases with a group of suppliers in many German and international courts including interim injunctions and competition law aspects.

Advising a global pharmaceutical and medical device company on a dispute arising out of a development, distribution and license agreement with a medical device supplier.

Representing a company in the transportation sector in pursuing claims for damages arising from anticompetitive conduct.

Representing a manufacturer of automation and production systems regarding possible liability for damages after delivery of a production machine.

Advising a global pharmaceutical and medical device company on a dispute arising out of a commercial manufacturing and supply agreement with an international biotechnology company.

Advising a manufacturer of automation and production systems regarding possible recission and liability for damages after delay in delivery.
