Tim Driesen advises on dispute resolution in and out of court, particularly in the areas of contractual, commercial and competition law. Furthermore, Tim supports companies and individuals in administrative offence proceedings.
Tim focuses on supporting clients in enforcing their claims as well as defending them against lawsuits, warnings or preliminary injunctions. In this regard, a regular emphasis of his work is also placed on measures against unfair competition by competitors.
After his law studies at the University of Münster, Tim completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg. During his legal clerkship, he gained experience, inter alia, in the corporate and M&A practice group of an international law firm as well as at a law firm specialised in white collar crime.
Before joining our Hamburg office, Tim worked as a research assistant in the corporate and M&A practice group of an international law firm in Hamburg.
