Jonathan Stulberg is a member of the firm's Chambers-ranked automotive practice group that regularly advises clients on litigation and compliance matters arising under state motor vehicle franchise law. Jonathan's contributions to the group stem from his experience working in-house at an automotive client, where he immersed himself on topics such as new vehicle-line introduction, distributor sales models, appointment standards, buy-sells, market definitions, warranty disputes, dealer investigations, incentive programs, allocation formulas, and facility brand upgrades.
Jonathan prides himself on approaching each matter by resolving to master the details, volunteer for the most difficult tasks, and commit with energy and enthusiasm to get the job done. He believes that thoroughly scrutinizing the data underlying his clients' disputes is the best way to generate unique insights and develop creative solutions that balance his clients' immediate risks and long-term goals in the automotive industry.
Jonathan also has experience with multiple aspects of litigation, including discovery review and collection, taking and defending depositions, preparing for trial and mediation, drafting motions, and attending hearings at the administrative, state, and federal levels. Before practicing law, Jonathan served in the U.S. Navy's Information Warfare Community as a Korean-to-English translator at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. He remains conversationally fluent in Korean and actively participates in the firm's Pro Bono program with a primary focus on Veterans' issues.
