Stella Bliss

With over 10 years real estate experience, Stella has been acting for for investors, developers, lenders and occupiers. Her breadth of practice is wide and she has a particular focus on investment acquisitions and disposals, complex lettings and large-scale developments. Having trained and qualified with the firm, Stella has demonstrated strong relationships with major investors and developers, acting for them on key deals.

Stella's investment experience ranges from the disposal of shopping centres to the acquisition of a piece of property history in London's iconic Carnaby Street. A secondment to Argent Estates in 2012 gave Stella further insight into a developer's business and supplemented her experience of site delivery and pre-lets on an active redevelopment. As well as acting on the landlord side of major lettings across a large number of industry sectors including retail, restaurant, offices and industrial. Stella has experience acting for occupiers including a leading cinema chain.

Acting for Shaftesbury PLC on acquisitions and strategic and high-value lettings, and advising on the real estate aspects of financing transactions.

Acting for an institutional investor on the acquisition of a c.£50m industrial estate.

Acting for a major cinema chain on pre=lets and taking leases at key retail and leisure sites across the UK.

Acting on the acquisition of an iconic multi-let office building in London.

Acting on the purchase of a multi-let retail and leisure investment in the capital.
