Advising ACWA Power on the US$1.2bn Taweelah IWP in Abu Dhabi, the world's largest RO desalination plant to date (Middle East and North Africa Water Deal of the Year, IJGlobal Awards 2019).

Advising the senior finance parties on the project financing aspects of the 300MW Sakaka IPP (Middle East and Africa Power Deal of the Year, IJGlobal Awards and PFI Awards 2018).

Advising a JGC Corporation led consortium on the project financing aspects of the Shariqyah IWP (Reverse osmosis seawater desalination plant with dedicated PV solar facility).

Advising a German led consortium in connection with the project financing aspects of the Umm Al Hayman wastewater project located in Kuwait.

Reviewing the LPG regulatory framework in the UAE and benchmarked it against international standards.

Advising lenders to ACWA Power bid in relation to the development of Yanbu IWP 4 in Saudi Arabia.

Advising the lenders to Valoriza Agua, the successful bidder, on the financing of the Sohar IWP in the Sultanate of Oman.

Advising Sojitz Corporation as sponsors counsel in relation to the bidding process for Jafurah Cogneration Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Advising the lenders to the Consortium on solar PV projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, being procured under Round 2, Category A projects by REPDO.

Acting as lender’s international legal counsel on solar PV projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, being procured under Round 2, Category B projects by REPDO.

Acting as lender’s legal counsel on an independent water producer project with a total net capacity of 600,000 m3 per day of potable water, located in the town of Jubail, in Eastern Province, KSA.
