Insights and events
Noted in Legal 500 UK as a "talented associate", Rosie has quickly gained experience across the sector since joining our planning practice, working with a variety of clients including global asset managers, local authorities and major developers, particularly on projects around central London.
Rosie advises on a broad range of planning related matters including planning obligations, infrastructure agreements, heritage issues and complicated highways agreements. When carrying out due diligence, she is adept at identifying the key risks for clients, whilst ensuring pragmatism.
Paying close attention to ongoing planning reforms, Rosie is able to help clients navigate this ever changing landscape. In particular, she has helped a number of clients enhance the value of their properties by making the most of permitted development rights, steering them through the prior approval process. Rosie also has a particular interst in ESG concerns and is an active member of the team's ESG committee.
Rosie’s pro bono practice includes providing advice to the Felix Project and carrying out due diligence for Body & Soul.
Whilst training with the firm, Rosie was seconded to BNP Paribas, learning firsthand how businesses operate.
