Advised on a proposed acquisition by way of scheme of arrangement of data analytics company to a large US based software group.
Acted for the founder, Robin Khuda, on his interest in a series of capital raise transactions for the data centre business AirTrunk.
Acted for ARN Media Limited on the sale of its interest in Soprano Design Limited.
Advised a private equity fund manager on its acquisition of a major Australian distributor of specialist building products to the trade, the first investment for the group’s second $100 million fund.*
