Committed to achieving excellence in all that she and the firm does, Sharon leads teams on some of the largest and most complex transactions in international debt capital markets, Sharon advises on the full range of capital market transactions, including several industry firsts.
With extensive finance experience, Sharon is the Global Head of our Finance Practice, and has a wealth of knowledge in the fields of securitisation, structured products, secured lending, and debt trading. Supporting her technical knowledge, is Sharon's deep understanding of automotive-related financing, insurance-linked securities, energy-related lending, and debt restructuring. Sharon is a member of both our Financial Institutions and Insurance industry sector core teams. Clients include Alstom, AXA, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, EDF, Ford Credit and Societe Generale.
Sharon regularly speaks at industry events and is a keen supporter of initiatives for women – not only within our firm, but in the wider business-world. Her industry awards include being listed as 'Best Lawyer 2014' by her peers in French finance paper Les Echos, and she is listed as a leading individual by Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000. Sharon is recognised for her ability to advise on both English and French law, with Chambers commenting that she is 'able to offer immediate solutions'.
Her interests include jewellery design, and as part of a social enterprise project, she set up Les Dames de Pearls (The Pearl Ladies). Sharon is also a keen supporter of the French AFM-Téléthon, organised by the French association against neuromuscular disease which raises funds for research projects into rare genetic diseases.Sharon is based in our Paris office and divides her time between France and the UK.
