Sebastian Faust

Sebastian Faust focuses his practice on antitrust and competition. He has experience in merger control and antitrust proceedings as well as cartel damage litigation. Sebastian advises clients in the automotive, raw materials, logistics and banking industries.

From 2011, Sebastian worked as a research associate for Hogan Lovells and gained first-hand experience in antitrust law. Previously, he worked for another leading law firm in Dusseldorf after his first state exam. He completed traineeships amongst others with the Federal Network Agency in the field of gas grid regulation and the Cologne public prosecutor's office in the area of white-collar crime. Sebastian studied at the University of Cologne and is a member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V. and IBA.
