He has extensive experience in acting for corporate borrowers, debt funds and lenders on diverse financings, including acquisition finance, unitranche, super senior revolving credit facilities and leveraged financing and refinancing.
Representative experience
Advising Optimal Payments Plc on the acquisition financing aspects of the €1.1b acquisition of Skrill Group from Sentinel Group Holdings S.A.
Acting for the Bestway Group in connection with the financing of their £725m acquisition of the The Co-Op Pharmacy.
Acting for Goldman Sachs in the unitranche refinancing of debt facilities of FNZ Group.
