Rainer Scarton helps clients in the intellectual property (IP), media and technology industries negotiate and draft complex licensing arrangements, and a comprehensive range of other agreements in the IP transactions space, including television distribution and retransmission consent agreements.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Rainer was a Senior Corporate Counsel at DISH Network, a major American satellite and internet television provider where he was lead attorney on a number of significant transactions and agreements.
