He has broad experience of dealing with the requirements of institutional investors including Barclays Pension Fund, Coal Pensions, Mars Pension Trustees, M&G (Prudential), Hermes and CCLA on all aspects of their portfolios, including sales and purchases, forward funding, high value management work and development.

In addition, the re-gearing of existing holdings, particularly in the retail/retail park sector to add value to existing client holdings often involving redevelopment of major alterations to existing building stock and acting for large scale space occupiers, including banks, cinema operators , and department store/supermarket operators and dealing with their industry specific requirements, particularly on new developments.

He has many years experience in managing office blocks in the City, West End and regional and all related aspects including the  granting of  leases and associated documentation and is fully  conversant with the needs of major occupiers.   

Representative experience

Acting for Coal Pension Properties Limited in connection with the development, letting and subsequent disposal of a major regional business park in Weybridge Surrey.

Acting for a private fund in connection with the acquisition of the Adelphi Building in the Strand WC2, a 150,000 square feet office block offering Grade A accomodation.

Assisting in the acquisition of Barking Power Station a 42 acre site in connection with the proposed relocation of the London markets.

Various large scale lettings to major occupiers in the City of London.

Acting for Coal Pension Properties Limited in connection with the acquisition, development and letting of several logistics parks in the south of England.
