Alejandra focusses on litigation and arbitration. She has represented international and national clients before various Spanish judicial courts and arbitral institutions, including ICC, CAM, CIAM and CIMA. Alejandra has been involved in the solving of commercial and civil disputes related to, among others, the construction, energy, engineering and infrastructure sectors. 

Alejandra has gained experience in attending the clients' needs along the different stages of the clients' conflicts, including participating in pre-litigation negotiations, complex interim measures requests   and enforcement and/ or annulment award applications.

Representing a Spanish construction company in the proceedings for the application of the set aside of an international ward before the Croatian Courts

Representing the State of Chile in the enforcement proceedings of an international ICSID award before the Spanish courts

Acting for a Spanish construction company in an arbitration proceeding for a dispute regarding the execution of a solar power plant under Nevada law

Acting for a joint venture comprised by Spanish construction companies in the arbitration for the construction of a biomass energy plant

Acting for a Spanish company in an arbitration proceedings against its contractor in a dispute related to the construction of a pulp-to-energy plant
