Ylenia Ruggieri advises German and international clients in the areas of capital markets law and financial regulation. She focuses on the advice of German and international financial services institutions and other companies on all aspects relating to banking and securities regulatory law. Ylenia also advises consortium banks and issuers in connection with debt issuance programs and in connection with the issue of structured securities (certificates, leveraged products and notes). 

Before joining us, Ylenia worked for an insurance company in insurance regulatory law and corporate law.
