The Road to Equal Justice

This October we launched our collaborative "The Road to Equal Justice" series with our global Citizenship partner, PeaceTech Lab, which will virtually convene community advocates, business leaders, nonprofit organizations, and local government leaders to amplify racial justice work. Kicking off in Baltimore, Maryland, the workshop series offers expert trainings and facilitated dialogues on topics of racial equity, before exploring how media, technology, and data tools can be used to advance existing work and innovative concepts.

Over the course of 2020 and 2021, we will work with PeaceTech Lab to host exchanges in 16 cities across the United States, connecting community leaders to enhance and accelerate groundbreaking projects that create tangible impact toward racial justice. Exchanges will take place in: Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Colorado Springs, Detroit, Los Angeles, Louisville, Miami, Minneapolis, New York Philadelphia, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, D.C.

At the start of 2020, Hogan Lovells and PeaceTech Lab launched a three-year partnership through 2022 to promote the use of readily available technology to reduce conflict. Hogan Lovells will support PeaceTech Lab through a combination of pro bono legal advice, skilled volunteering, and fundraising.
