Gold and silver make green

The Los Angeles office is our sixth U.S. location to earn LEED certification.

We have two LEED Gold locations — Denver and our renovated space in Washington, D.C. — as well as four LEED Silver offices in Baltimore, Los Angeles, Miami, and San Francisco.

LEED is an acronym that stands for “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.” It’s a U.S. certification process that rewards environmentally-friendly design and construction solutions. LEED-certified buildings are cost-efficient and energy-saving.
